My vision moving forward

I have a vision of where i would like to see FSG in 5 years. It includes real in person training, FSG branded gear, a great community of people online and more. I'm looking forward to finding what exactly everyone likes and looking forward to meeting more people in the field. Gear reviews, free info on basic survival and preparedness and quality merch is and always will be our baseline. That being said, I have added a few things into the store, the first round of FSG stickers will be here by 5/14/20. My FIYAH STAHTAHS are in development as I want to give you the highest quality fire starter with my knowledge and craftsmanship that I could possibly give. I have added a "help FSG" product in there as well, please check that out! Clothing and branded gear isn't easy to get, so that is taking time to find exactly what fits my quality standards. I don't want a reputation for selling cheap crap gear.

I have a idea in my head (please voice your opinion) about creating more products and having some companies sell their great quality gear in FSG colors. This all takes time, lots and lots of time. I'm writing the draft for this post at 2 AM EST(02:00) from my bedroom desk. I work usually 40+ hours in the security field and any where between 3 and 40 hours at the fire department. Also being a family man and helping my siblings and other family out frequently. So as you can see starting a business based off our life style and what we enjoy doing will eventually (hopefully) lead to me being able to run FSG full time and not have to work 40 hours somewhere else. I have no foreseeable plans to leave the Fire Department as it's not a job you just quit, it's part of who you are as a person. But now so is FSG, so i must dedicate long nights and early mornings to my people of the woods and camp grounds. Speaking of camp grounds, If my 5 year plan goes accordingly i would like to buy or make a FSG wilderness camp. Big natural acreage and all of you coming to camp, train with me and my fellow outdoors men and women and teach me some stuff too! Far away from the city and suburbia, NO fifth wheels, RVs or any glamping. Just Bushcraft shelters, Tents, hammocks and overland vehicles. Hell maybe even a gun range too, why not right?
